I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly cozy and warm, which was perfect considering the hot weather. I especially enjoyed the view of the pool from my room. The rooms were bigger than the ones we've stayed in before in Melbourne, with a great bathroom and very clean. The couch was very comfortable, but the room size was a bit on the small side. Next time, I might consider booking a one-bedroom suite. The decor was beautiful with large windows, but it could have done with a fresh coat of paint.

The service was a mix of experiences. While some staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, others were not very helpful, curt, and sometimes unwilling to listen. There was a minor incident where the TV channel was changed without asking, even though we had been there for a while.
